During Teachers Appreciation Week last month, Ramiscal Equitan Advisors hosted an event honoring Filipino teachers and welcoming new teachers fresh from the Philippines. With the help of seasoned public school teachers Dr. Fabian and wife Arlene Mante, Filipino educators gathered together and a total of 24 new teachers were warmly welcomed to our growing population of Filipino teachers, in addition also to the growing Filipino-American community in the Hampton Roads area. It feels so good to welcome new members of the community and being able to make them feel that they belong. Indeed, we're not just a Filipino community but we are one big FAMILY! #FamilyIsWealth
