Just like fine wine, the older he gets, the better he looks! In fact, he's not old, he's classic... and fantastic! Surrounded by his siblings from Hawaii, closest family and friends from California, Nevada and Virginia, Elmer celebrated his eight decades of life in Las Vegas on September 11th.
